The Olive Tree Residence

The Olive Tree Residence is a traditional Mani Tower House, built at the beginning of the 19th century and fully renovated at 2019.

Attention to every detail and respect to the character of the tower had been the main objectives of the architect-owner during the restoration and decoration phases.
This meticulous effort resulted in an exceptional and tasteful appearance of each room, the garden and the main entrance.
The attention to detail and quality is also extended to the linen, towels, cutlery, kitchenware and electric appliances.

This unique residence offers three separate bedrooms, one kitchen and one kitchenette, two bathrooms, an outdoor shower, two living rooms, garden and terraces along with private parking. The fourth bedroom with the sofa-bed is located in the upper tower house and it is not completely isolated, since there is also a staircase used to take guests to the bedroom in the last floor. These two bedrooms are separated with a trapdoor.
One of the bathrooms is a very unique room originally being a natural cave and it is located adjacent to the main building in the garden area.

This tower house is built on a hill with the unobstructed view above olive trees, near a small village and the Mediterranean Sea.
